1) Contact by telephone

-When you contact us by phone, we shall be courteous and helpful at all times
-Answer your questions in full or if unable, take details and call you later within a reasonable time
-Return telephone messages promptly


2) Written correspondence/fax/e-mail

-Respond to you in a clear manner with accurate information
-Ensure you receive full reply within one week. If not, offer an explanation and when to expect the reply
-Respond to e-mail queries substantially


3) Visits

Customers visiting the Embassy will be:-

-Treated courteously and in confidence
-Met at the agreed time of the appointment

OFFICIAL WORKING HOURS:

Summer: Monday – Friday: 0900hrs- 1300hrs/ 1400hrs-1700hrs 

Winter: Monday - Friday: 0900hrs - 1300hrs/ 1400hrs- 1600hrs

  • Easter Friday and Easter Monday- Date varies
  • Labour Day- 1st May
  • Madaraka Day-1st June
  • Mashujaa Day-20th October
  • Independence Day – 12th December

HOW TO REACH THE KENYA EMBASSY IN THE HAGUE:

From the Central Station or Station Holland Spoor:

Take tram number 9 in the direction of Scheveningen and alight at tram stop Wagenaarweg i.e the immediate stop after Madurodam. The Embassy is located across the road from the tram stop.

Important Notice!!

The Kenyan Embassy in the Hague wishes to notify all e-Visa applicants of a scam e-Visa website namely http://www.kenya-evisa-online.com. This is a commercial website that is similar to our official Government e-visa website and is not working for the Government of Kenya.

In this portal e-Visa applicants are charged between US $ 100 – US $ 120 as opposed to the US $ 51 charged by the Government of Kenya.
